American based restaurant that started in 1959 by an American chef who decided to broaden his horizons and bring his western grill cuisine to Cairo, Egypt. Owned by Egyptian Management during the present day, he decided to take control of the franchise since the downfall of the revolution to the country. Steak-Out since the change of ownership has been on the rise, running successfully for five years and having different branches located around Cairo.
