Some 5000 years ago, Ancient Egyptians invented foie gras, the world-class modern French delicacy.

So once upon a time, there were gourmet traditions in Egypt. Alas, it's been long lost.

However, fruits and vegetables are exceptionally tasty, if not varied.

Starting with those, and armed with European recipes and preserve techniques, we decided to raise our game.

Using only fresh and local ingredients, raising our own animals, we upgrade the best Egypt has to offer, and turn it into delicious gourmet food.
