Higher Technological Institute (HTI), is a technological institute in Cairo, Egypt. It was founded by Dr. Mostafa Kamel on 27 October 1988, according to the law of private non-profit national high institutes No. 52 for in 1970, the first academic year started on 21 September 1988.

The HTI has three branches: Tenth of Ramdan City (Main Campus), 6th of October City Campus and Marsa Matruh City Campus.
