We will focus on developing skills as strength, flexibility, power, endurance, teamwork and self descipline.

Our vision is to be able to lead a team to become one of the finalist countries in the Olympic games and World Championships for Synchronised swimming. We firmly believe that this can only be achieved by
maximizing ‘technique based training’ in order to give the swimmers a strong base that will achieve long term progress. It is often common to burn swimmers out at an early age by focusing on the dated training ideology of “no pain, no gain”. Although hard work is necessary, focusing on perfecting technique from an early age has proven to maximize results and produce long term professional athletes.

"The Synchro Academy" main objective is to build a strong team of Synchro swimmers that will compete nationally and internationally. The training program is inspired by Russian beginner programs and 30 years of extensive synchronised swimming experience.

Sessions are run by a group of qualified coaches who were national and international champions and led by olympic synchronised swimmer Dalia Allam
