Cairo Festival City, an Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate development, is a mixed-use urban community located east of the ring road in New Cairo, Egypt, and north of 90 St. The development extends over a land area of over 3 million sq. m and comprises residential villas, apartments, business districts, one of Egypt’s largest shopping malls, international schools, automotive parks, and office spaces, in addition the development is planned to eventually host five star hotels.The integrated project includes KidZania, the American International School, Honda, Toyota, an IKEA flagship store as well as 300+ stores in Cairo Festival City Mall.The mall includes a village area, with over 35 restaurants surrounding a water fountain and an amphitheater.
